FACEBOOK - Facebook.com

Facebook isn't for everyone but there are 2 powerful pros for Facebook.  One is the Groups feature - it is an excellent way to gather and build your tribe!  The second pro is people being able to share your page with their network through liking your page, commenting on your page, giving you/your business a review, etc. There is an app for Facebook, however, you can access Facebook through a regular web browser on your computer or phone/tablet.

INSTAGRAM - Instagram.com

Instagram is owned by Facebook so many of the features on Facebook are also available on Instagram.  You can link your Instagram & Facebook accounts together which is helpful when you just want to post once and have it show up both places. Instagram's superpower is #HASHTAGS. You can find your tribe by looking up hashtags and by putting hashtags in your posts, your tribe can find YOU. Instagram is only for use on a tablet or smartphone via an app. You can view someone's Instagram account with your web browser, but you can only post using the Instagram app on your smartphone/tablet.

YOUTUBE - YouTube.com

YouTube is the SECOND LARGEST SEARCH ENGINE IN THE WORLD!  Google is #1.  Google owns YouTube. Why would you NOT be on YouTube?!  I got my start on YouTube when they started in 2006. My channel was born in June of 2006. I started my account to video blog (or "vlog") to share my journey of working a full time job while I was pursuing my dream. What kind of videos would YOU post? How could you use video to promote your dream? There is an app for YouTube, however, you can access YouTube through a regular web browser on your computer or smartphone/tablet.

SNAPCHAT - Snapchat

It's FUN! Have a little fun why don't ya? But you can also post videos connected to your dream.  It's just like "Stories" on Instagram or Facebook but nothing stays - it all disappears after 24 hours. You can save a "snap" to your camera roll but that's it! It's fun and it's immediate. You can only post using the SnapChat app on your smartphone/tablet.

TICTOK - TicTok

This is the hottest social media app at the moment. It's also fun and the sky is the limit to how you can connect with your tribe with this amazing tool. You can only post using the TicTok app on your smartphone/tablet.

LINKEDIN - LinkedIn.com

This is a professional platform, you can access it from your computer or app on your smartphone. It's a great way to connect with other professionals in your field. There is an app for LinkedIn, however, you can access LinkedIn through a regular web browser on your computer or smartphone/tablet. 

SOUNDCLOUD - SoundCloud.com

You can post your podcast, spoken word, or music to SoundCloud for free.  If you get really into it and want to post more, there is an option to pay for additional services. There is an app for SoundCloud, however, you can access SoundCloud through a regular web browser on your computer or smartphone/tablet.

Be sure to "check in" with yourself to notice when your support system (aka: your Jenga tower) shifts. Shifts will happen. And if your entire Jenga tower falls down, you'll be okay. You will rebuild. I know because that's what happened to me.

How do animals know where to go when they migrate? Most times, they have never been to where they are going. And where they are going is HUNDREDS of miles away. Many will DIE on their journey.
